Bookings can only be made online on our website (not by phone).

Please be sure to input the correct number of people - children under 2 years old are free but do count toward the occupancy of the unit.

We have a minimum two-night stay required for all bookings. We don’t accept single night bookings.

Maximum occupancies listed for each unit are based on 2 adults and children. Here’s a list of each unit with occupancy options for adults only or adults and children.

Fern & Hawthorn cabins: 4 people max, 2 adults & 2 children, 3 adults & 1 child, 1 adult & 3 children or 4 adults

Tamarack & Aspen: 3 adults max or 2 adults & 2 children

Spruce: 3 adults max or 2 adults & 3 children

Willow & Firefly: 2 people max, 2 adults or 1 adult & 1 child

Yes, we accommodate large groups such as families, friends, bachelorette parties, etc. Please be careful to fully review all information about the experience before booking, and review the occupancy for each unit (detailed in FAQs). Please also review our noise policy:

Acceptable noise levels: Please be aware of and mindful of other glampers' experiences and keep your voice, music and general noise level to no higher than you would in a restaurant for example. We have rural neighbours and ask that you respect our community by observing a 10pm-8am quiet time. This is NOT a party place and disrespectful or rude behaviour/language directed at the owners or other guests will not be tolerated. Also, please mind your children while they play on the property and ensure they respect the shared amenities.

Yes, we offer pet-friendly glamping in Alberta! Please note we have a 2-dog maximum in all of our units and you must select the pet add-on at checkout.

Pets must be kept on leash and tied up during your stay. No pets to be let off leash on the property. Clean up after your pets (pick up poop), and do not allow your pets to go on the bed or furniture. If there is damage caused by your pet, it will be an additional fee.

Never leave your pet unattended in our geodomes or in your vehicle on our property. This may result in you being asked to leave the property immediately. If your pet is crate trained, you may bring your crate and leave your pet inside the geodome.

We’ve had hundreds of infants glamp with us over the past 4 years. We leave it up to the parents’ discretion as to whether or not this is a suitable experience for their infant based on their own unique experience and preferences as a parent. However, if booking in Dec/Jan/Feb, we do recommend choosing a cabin to ensure maximum comfort for the infant.

Yes! This is a family-friendly experience. We’ve had thousands of children visit our glamping retreat over the past 4 years. We advise parents to ensure their children are playing respectfully on the property with care and attention.

Check-in and checkout are 100% self serve. You can check-in at 3pm or anytime after and checkout is noon or anytime before. Guests use lockboxes and codes to gain access to the property.

Yes! There is LTE & 5G cell service on our property with all major carriers. We don’t provide wi-fi but you will have your regular cell phone internet and phone call access while glamping with us.

We are 100% off-grid, meaning we don’t have running water and are not connected to the standard power grid. We are 100% solar-powered and there are electrical plugs inside each unit that support low wattage devices such as laptops, cell phone chargers, lamps. Our solar does not support high wattage items such as coffee makers or blow dryers. All heat sources are propane and all propane is provided.

There are three eco-toilets and one heated showerhouse on-site. If you’ve been to a campground before, you’ve seen this type of set-up with shared common areas. All eco-toilets are an easy walk from the units.

Normally, our guests who like to cook use the provided cooking amenities on site. If you don’t like to cook, you can visit the many local restaurants listed on our ‘Things to do’ page. At each glamp site, there is a camping stove and tea kettle. There is a large cookhouse on site for guest use, which has a BBQ, a pizza oven and a propane range, as well as a prep area and seating for up to 10 people at a time.

We have one Nordic sauna on-site and access to it is included in your stay. There is no need to book a time, as guests are instructed to be mindful of use and we have never had capacity issues or an issue with overuse.

Our Floating Sauna (Ritual) is located 7 mins away and can be booked as a stand-alone experience or in addition to your stay.
